Proyectos y Fabricación
Electrónica was founded in 1976. Throughout all those years, a lot of industrial applications has been
developed and several patents has been registed.
On textile industry, in 1988 the first let-off warp control for weaving machine controlled by microprocessor was developed. Worldwide this changed the concept of weaving mill machines as it was better than mechanical controls, getting a big flexibility. Later, in the same field, PYFESA developed and patented a control that allows the loom to work slow speed without changing the speed of the main motor and without adding a new one. This system was showed at the IMMA, Paris. In 1995 it uses a new concept for weav roller, working with digital technics having a great precision and stability in the density. In the traffic control PYFESA patented two portable traffic lights systems, based on a cyclical signal synchronozation principle that allows to control the traffic of the vehicles in narrowing roads without physical connection nor radioelectrical connection bewteen boht the traffics lights. Another field on which PYFESA has been working are the elevators. PYFESA developed an electronic panel controlled by microprocessor that allows elevators works in a conventional as well as in a hydraulic way, with memory in box and failures automatic control. A real-time system was created to check the box, able of verify its correct operation and detecting, in case of failure, the cause of the problem and its solution. At the end of the process it prints a right operation's certificate. PYFESA takes part in projects along with technology centers like Inasmet, Labein, Ikerlan or CEIT. An example of this collaboration is the control system for toll equipment for Europistas, developed along with CEIT. Since 1991 PYFESA works on dot peen marking machines being a world-wide leader, it has also patented a solenoid by dots and grooving marking system. Today, PYFESA develops new projects that will be brought to light soon...
